Ordering and payment

How do I order something on

Ordering on is quick and easy! In just a few steps, you order what you need, choose how you want to pay and where you want the product delivered. Ordering is done in the 4 simple steps below.

  • Step 1: Search for product(s)
    There are several ways to search for a product on For example, you can type in what product you are looking for in the search bar at the top of the page. Another possibility is to use the product groups at the top of the page and the menu bar on the side to navigate to the right product. Alternatively, clicking on the images will take you easily to the right product.
  • Step 2: Order product(s)
    When you have found the right product, click on the big green ‘order’ button to add the product to your shopping basket. For several products, you have the option to specify the product type, such as colour or length. By clicking on the box with the desired type, you order the product in the relevant version. Would you like to buy several of the same products? Then you can easily adjust the quantity by clicking on the shopping basket and entering the desired number. Would you rather buy a different product? Then click on the shopping basket and press the bin icon to delete the product.
  • Step 3: Logging in or creating an account
    Have you found everything? Then you can go to the checkout by clicking on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen. Then click the large green ‘continue ordering’ button. This will take you to a login screen. Are you already an existing customer? Then enter your login details. New customer? Then simply create a new account.
  • Step 4: Checking and paying
    Don’t forget to check your details before checking out. You can then choose which way you want to pay: IDEAL, Paypal, Bancontact and Credit card. After accepting the general terms and conditions, you can confirm your order. Once the order has been definitively processed, you will receive confirmation by e-mail. Change or cancel your order

Would you like to change or cancel an order? Please contact us as soon as possible by calling the following number: 085-1309262. Our automated logistics system processes your order at lightning speed. It is therefore not always possible to change or cancel an order. If the order has already been processed, you can request a return number with which the parcel can be returned. The return form can be found on the page: Returns and warranty. The shipping costs for returning the product are for your own account. A return without a return number will not be processed.
