DELIVERY OR COLLECTION
Delivery via DHL DPD or pick-up at the dealer Verbandschoenen cooperates with DHL, DPD, PostNL. Together we strive to deliver your order within 4 working days. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will try to deliver it again the next day. If not, the parcel can be collected from the collection office from 13.00 the following day. The carrier will leave a message in your letterbox telling you where you can pick up the parcel. The parcel will remain here for 1 week. Tip! Are you not often at home? Then have the parcel delivered to your neighbours, work, family or acquaintances. You can also collect the parcel free of charge from your nearest dealer. Delivery to Belgium is possible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within a period of 14 days. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
